This listing is for a set of blank greeting cards featuring your choice of the NEW FOR 2023 designs!
Choose between:
WINTER SOLSTICE: a pink sky morning over snowy hills. Fern "trees" are surrounded by whimsical "winter flowers" in this solstice mixed media piece
SNOWY MEADOW: Snow falls softly on this peaceful winter evening landscape. Painted trees are blanketed in fresh snow and white wildflowers fill the foreground. Queen anne's lace "snowflakes" fall down across the scene
The original artworks were created by first painting a watercolor landscape backdrop oon handmade paper, then adorning with pressed flowers, many of which I grew myself and then gathered, pressed and designed especially for this format. Then, a high resolution scan was done to capture the lifelike detail in each one. The designs are printed on bright white 60lb cardstock and come with corresponding linen envelopes. They measure 4.5x6" and are blank inside, ready to be filled with your Christmas, holiday or winter wishes!
Please note that colors may differ slightly based on monitor settings.
PACKAGING OPTIONS:
You may select either a plastic-free kraft box (no plastic window or covering) which is fully recyclable [EDIT: BOXES CURRENTLY SOLD OUT], OR go box-free! Cards ordered with NO BOX will be bundled together with a cellophane sleeve. Different quantities are available, and you may choose either design or an equal mix of both.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long will the flowers and plants last?
Every item in the shop features real plant material. The ferns, leaves, and flowers will retain their distinct shape and detail for as long as the piece is cared for (protected from moisture and bending). Depending on the plant or flower, varying degrees of color shift/fading will naturally occur over time. While this transition is beautiful and is inherent in the organic nature of my work , if you would like to delay it, take care to keep your item(s) from direct sunlight. High exposure to UV light will hasten the fading or browning of flowers and leaves.
Can I place my wall hanging in a window?
Ideally, you would display your wall hanging away from direct or strong sunlight, not directly in or in front of a window. If you choose to display it in this way, understand that natural fading will be greatly accelerated. Your plants and flowers will maintain their beautiful and unique shape, but color will quickly fade.
Can you press my wedding bouquet?
In most cases, yes! I am able to receive fresh wedding bouquets and preserve the flowers to create a keepsake from your special day. There are several product options available; please contact me in advance of your wedding to discuss details, options, and to secure your date (availability is limited). At this time, I am unable to work with previously dried (but not pressed) bouquets, as they are extremely brittle and will not work with my process.
Do you sell wholesale?
No; at this time, my work is available primarily through my own retail Etsy shop.
